Swift’s bodyguard ‘saw DJ’s palm under skirt’

Greg Dent, the latest declare in the conference over lawsuits between Swift and former DJ David Mueller, pronounced in his testimony: “I saw his palm under her skirt… Her dress went up… She jumped.”

The purported occurrence happened in 2013 as the thespian posed for a sketch with the DJ and his partner during a meet-and-greet event with fans before a concert.

Mr Dent, a former police officer who has also worked for the National Security Agency, pronounced he took his cues from the cocktail star and that she continued the event with fans, so he did not immediately intervene.

When she finished assembly fans, Swift told her staff she had been groped, he said.

Mr Dent pronounced he was “definitely sure” Mueller had been drinking: “I don’t know what level… He wasn’t towering or descending down.”

The country and western DJ is suing Swift for at slightest $3m (£2.3m) in sequence to transparent his name and redeem lost earnings.

Swift is counter-suing Mueller for a mystic $1 (77p) in compensation, and says she wants it to offer as an instance to women who have been assaulted.

Mueller gave justification on Tuesday to contend he may have done trusting earthy hit with Swift, but insisted he did not examine her.

Asked if he grabbed her backside, he replied: “No, we did not.”
