Game of Thrones actor Jason Momoa apologises for rape joke

Game of Thrones star Jason Momoa has apologised for joking about “raping pleasing women”.

The criticism was done in 2011 – but has resurfaced after the claims of passionate attack against Harvey Weinstein.

Speaking about his adore of anticipation and sci-fi roles, he pronounced he enjoyed being means to “rip someone’s tongue out of their throat and get divided with it, and rape pleasing women”.

In an Instagram post, he’s apologised for the “truly tasteless” comment.

The actor says he understands the “insensitivity” of his remarks but knows his “sincerest reparation now won’t take divided those hurtful words”.

“Rape and passionate nuisance can strech anyone and we have seen first palm its unpleasant torture among members of my own family and friends,” he says.

Harvey Weinstein has strongly denied all claims of non-consensual sex done against him.

But the revelations have shone a light on the past poise of male stars.

As good as Jason Momoa having to apologise, Ben Affleck has also pronounced contemptible for “groping” MTV horde Hilarie Burton in 2003.
