New EasyJet airline combined for Brexit

It has practical for a new air user certificate in Austria at a cost of £10m.

“Given the significance of aviation to all the economies of Europe as an enabler of trade, tourism and travel, we consider it is critical that the aviation marketplace stays as open and rival as possible.

“While the new structure will strengthen all of easyJet’s stream drifting rights within Europe, easyJet will continue to pull for the UK and EU to strech an aviation agreement which, at a minimum, will capacitate flights between the UK and EU.”

UK ministers have pronounced progressing “liberal access” to European aviation markets will be a “top priority” during the Brexit negotiations which got under way in June.

Under benefaction rules, airlines handling within the EU must be infancy owned by EU nationals.

EasyJet founder Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou and his family hold Cypriot passports and own 33% of shares in the business.

The organisation now also has airlines formed in the UK and Switzerland.

All 3 airlines will be owned by easyJet plc, which will be EU-owned and controlled, listed on the London Stock Exchange and formed in the UK.

A Government orator pronounced ministers were “committed to securing magnanimous entrance to European aviation markets which has brought outrageous advantages to consumers opposite the EU”.
